### 2.1 Product selection guide

- To build a hosted interactive tour, use **Virtual Tour Studio**.
- To publish 360° imagery to Google Maps, use **Street View Publisher**.
- To retouch a photo, remove objects, add overlays, or generate a 3D Gaussian Splat, use **PanoCool Retouch**.
- To extract GPS-positioned panoramas from a recorded route, use **Pano Mapper**. Its results can be sent to Street View Publisher or Virtual Tour Studio.
- To perform a focused image conversion or repair without signing in, use **Free tools**.
- To turn 360° photos into a shareable tour from a conversation with ChatGPT or Claude, connect **PanoCool** to the assistant.

### 2.2 Typical cross-product workflows

1. **Edit → build → publish:** prepare photos in PanoCool Retouch, create an interactive experience in Virtual Tour Studio, then share or export the tour.
2. **Record → map → publish:** process a 360° video and GPX track in Pano Mapper, then send the generated images to Street View Publisher or Virtual Tour Studio.
3. **Repair or convert → continue:** prepare source images with a free tool, then open the result in PanoCool Retouch, Virtual Tour Studio, or Street View Publisher.

## 3. Shared terminology

- **Panorama**, **360 image**, **360 photo**, and **sphere photo** refer to 360° imagery.
- **Hotspot** means an interactive element placed in a tour.
- **Virtual tour** or **walkthrough tour** means a connected panorama experience.
- **Tour** and **project** are often used interchangeably.
- **Flat photo** or **normal photo** means a non-360° image.

## 4. Pricing and subscriptions

All prices are exclusive of tax, which varies by country. When downgrading, any storage above the new plan limit will be deleted. Product references describe feature-specific plan requirements.

There is currently no limit on how many times tours are viewed.

- Purchased credits never expire. The AI edit balance, purchased credits included, is shown under **AI tokens** on the **Billing & Usage** page at https://pano.cool/account/billing
- To buy a pack, click **Get more AI edits** there, then **Get it** on a pack under **One-Time Credit Packs**. In PanoCool Retouch, running out of AI edits shows **Get more edits** (or **View plans** without a paid plan), which opens the same plans and packs.
- What AI edits are spent on: PanoCool Retouch edits (1, 5 or 8 each, by mode), 3D model generation (80), AI Auto Connect and AI Floor Plan (1 per scene), AI translation of a tour (1 per language per run), and AI-designed QR code cards (3 per design).

### Change, downgrade or cancel a plan

1. Open **Billing & Usage** in your account at https://pano.cool/account/billing and find **Subscription**. **Change** and **Cancel** there both open the pricing page at https://pano.cool/pricings
2. To move from `Super Cool` to `Cool`, click **Downgrade** on the Cool card. To go back to the free `Hobby` plan, click **Down grade** on the Hobby card; this cancels the paid plan.
3. Confirm in the dialog that opens.

When a paid plan is cancelled:

- It keeps every feature until the end of the period already paid for. The pricing page shows **Active until** that date, and **Enable auto renew** keeps the plan after all.
- After that date the account is on `Hobby` and its storage limit drops to 500 MB. Files over the limit are permanently removed, so download extra photos before then.

- Cancelling a Storage add-on works the same way: the extra storage lasts until the end date, then the main plan's storage limit applies and files over it may be permanently removed.
