7. Prices of our Services and Products
All prices are available to our users before they commit to purchase any service or product. All prices are re-stated once user is taken to Paddle's website or Paypal’s website to complete the purchase, or completes their purchase with any other method that is available.
In the case that a specific service or product is available at a discount, the discounted price is clearly marked.
8. VAT
In the interest of keeping our prices easy to understand for our customers from all over the world, we automatically reduce the price of our services by the amount of VAT we need to charge (according to our laws and regulations) for customers who are required to pay VAT when purchasing our services (i.e. individuals and business within European Union who do NOT provide us with their verified VAT registration number). This allows us to keep the prices of our services exactly the same all across the global marketplace and avoid any potentially painful confusion on the side of our customers.
9. Products and Services with a Free Trial and/or Subscription Option
As part of some PanoCool promotional campaigns, we migh offer a 15-Day Free Trial to our customers. Our customers begin their 15-Day Free Trial by registering a free account with PanoCool and being taken to PayPal or Paddle where they sign up for a subscription. During these first 15 days our customers have full access to PanoCool and all benefits that come with it. During these first 15 days our customers can log into their PayPal / Paddle account at any time and cancel their subscription. We provide helpful instructions for cancelling a PayPal / Paddle subscription. By cancelling the subscription from their PayPal / Paddle account, our customers cancel their 15-Day Free Trial with us, and we never charge them any money at all.
As part of some PanoCool promotional campaigns, we are offering both monthly and yearly subscriptions through PayPal / Paddle. In order to sign up for full access to PanoCool, our customers are taken to PayPal / Paddle where they sign up for the chosen type of subscription. These subscriptions can begin with a 15-day trial period that costs $0.00. Once the 15-Day Free Trial period is over, we charge our customers the appropriate amount based on their chosen type of subscription (monthly or yearly). Our customers can cancel their subscription at any time directly from their PayPal / Paddle account. By cancelling the subscription from their PayPal / Paddle account, our customers are never charged any money within the terms of that subscription again. Our customers can also take advantage of our no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee.
10. Products and Services with a Full Access Option
Full Access is a special type of an account with a yearly subscription where the customer pays a fee for the first year of access and is then billed $0 for subsequent years. New features will be provided to Full Access customers at the sole discretion of us. Full Access customers will not be asked for an extra subscription in order to keep access to our services as they were at the commencement of their Full Access. In the event of the termination of the service that a customer has purchased Full Access to, the customer’s rights are equal to those of customers who purchased a yearly subscription to the same service in the same time period as the customer who purchased Full Access.
11. Cost of Shipping
PanoCool trademark holder only offers digital services and products that require no shipping.
13. Payments and Refunds
All payments are made through Paddle or PayPal or similar payment-processing services. Our users have the right to request a refund. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all payments.
II. PanoCool — Additional Terms of Use
Each PanoCool subscription includes one (1) PanoCool license for one (1) user.
Each PanoCool license comes with one (1) API key that can be used to access the PanoCool service from external (usually 3rd party) applications.
It is strictly forbidden for multiple persons to be using the PanoCool online service with one license. This includes, but is not limited to:
- multiple persons sharing one PanoCool user account to access the PanoCool online service;
- multiple persons sharing one PanoCool API key to access the PanoCool online service from external applications;
- reselling the PanoCool Virtual Tour making service (either through our API, or through our online interface) to multiple persons by acquiring fewer PanoCool licences than there are individual users;
- utilizing the PanoCool Virtual Tour making service (either through our API, or through our online interface) as part of another product or service to achieve a result for multiple persons by acquiring fewer PanoCool licences than there are individual users of the product or service.
Important: All of the above use-cases (and all other use-cases that violate these »Terms of Use«) are strictly forbidden.
