  • JPEG photos only, up to 20 per tour and 100 MB each.
  • 2:1 equirectangular photos from 360° cameras open as full 360° spheres. Wider partial panoramas, and photos at least 1.5 times as wide as they are tall, work too.
  • Export other formats as JPEG first: Insta360 .insp and RAW .dng files from the camera’s app, iPhone HEIC photos by sharing or exporting them as JPEG.
  • A photo link has to open the image file itself over https://. A sharing page that shows the photo, such as a cloud drive preview, isn’t the file.

In assistants that don’t pass attached files to PanoCool, such as Claude, use photo links.
