Troubleshooting
- “This file isn’t a JPEG photo”: export the photo as JPEG and try again.
- “This photo is too narrow for a panorama”: the photo must be at least 1.5 times as wide as it is tall.
- “Couldn’t download this photo”: the link isn’t public, or it opens a web page instead of the image file. Open the link in a private browser window to check.
- “These photos don’t fit in the storage left”: open https://pano.cool/account to see your storage and free up space.
- The assistant asks you to sign in again: access ends 30 days after it was last used. Sign in to reconnect.
- The tour link says the tour isn’t available: the tour was taken offline or deleted in Virtual Tour Studio. Ask the assistant to list your tours to see their status.
