Pricing and subscriptions

All prices are exclusive of tax, which varies by country. If a plan change, or a change to what a plan includes, leaves the storage you use over the limit, everything stays online; new uploads stop until you’re under it or add storage. Cancelling a plan works differently: see Change, downgrade or cancel a plan. Product references describe feature-specific plan requirements.

There is currently no limit on how many times tours are viewed.

These limits apply from 10 November 2026. Until then, accounts from before the change keep the earlier limits: 50 GB / 250 GB of storage (Cool / Super Cool), 80 / 400 AI edits a month, 5 / unlimited custom domains, 10 collaborators per tour and no panorama limit. AI edits change at the first monthly reset on or after 10 November.

A Cool subscription that was already running when these limits came in (November 2026) keeps 50 GB of storage after that too, and up to 5 custom domains if its owner had at least one then, for as long as the subscription lasts. Switching between monthly and yearly keeps them. Once it ends, a new subscription gets the limits below.

Anything already over a new limit keeps working: you just can’t add more until you’re under it.

  • A team: you and 4 members, each an editor or a viewer who signs in with their own PanoCool account. An invitation waiting for an answer holds a seat too. How: Business team

  • Trash: deleted tours are kept for 30 days, so they can be restored. How: Delete a tour and the Trash

  • Storage add-ons: Storage 500 GB or Storage 2 TB (see “Storage add-ons” below)

Storage add-ons

More storage on top of the plan’s, as a subscription of its own. Get one from the add-ons on the pricing page: https://pano.cool/pricings#add-ons

  • Storage 200 GB: $15/month or $150/year, for Cool and Super Cool
  • Storage 500 GB: $348/year, yearly only, for Super Cool and Business
  • Storage 2 TB: $1,188/year, yearly only, for Business
  • One storage add-on per account. Which plan can buy a size is checked only when it’s bought, so an add-on stays if the plan changes later.
  • To move to another size, click the button on that size’s card, such as Switch to Storage 2 TB…. The new size replaces your add-on; the dialog says so before you confirm.
  • Storage+ (200 GB, $7/month or $70/year) and Storage++ (500 GB, $16/month or $160/year) are no longer sold. If you have one, it keeps working and renewing at its old price, but once it’s cancelled it can’t be bought again. Moving to a new size replaces it and its old price for good. A Storage+ holder is offered only bigger sizes.
  • Your add-on shows under Subscription on Billing & Usage, with Change and Cancel: https://pano.cool/account/billing

AI plans (AI Plus and AI Pro)

Monthly subscriptions that add AI edits every month, on any account, the free Hobby plan included. Get one from Get more AI edits, which shows them beside the AI edit packs, or from the AI plans on the pricing page: https://pano.cool/pricings#ai-plans

  • AI Plus: 300 AI edits a month — $29/month
  • AI Pro: 2,400 AI edits a month — $199/month
  • Monthly only. One AI plan per account, beside any plan and storage add-on.
  • An AI plan adds AI edits only. Everything else, such as features, storage and limits, follows your plan (Hobby without one).
  • Its AI edits reset on the AI plan’s own billing day, and unused ones don’t carry over. All of a month’s AI edits are there from its first day.
  • AI edits are used in this order: first the monthly ones that reset soonest (your plan’s or your AI plan’s), then purchased packs, the ones that expire soonest first.
  • On Business, an AI plan on the owner’s account adds to the team’s pool.
  • AI Plus to AI Pro: click Switch to AI Pro… on its card. You’re charged at once for the rest of the month, pro rata, and get the extra AI edits for the rest of the month at once, pro rata too.
  • AI Pro to AI Plus: click Switch to AI Plus…. The change comes at your next billing date, and nothing is charged now. AI Pro’s AI edits stay until then.
  • Cancel: click Cancel on its card. Its AI edits stay usable until the month you paid for ends. Until then, Enable auto renew keeps it.
  • Failed payment: its AI edits pause until it’s paid. Billing & Usage shows Payment overdue on it, with Update payment method.
  • Billing & Usage shows your AI plan under Subscription, with how many of its AI edits are left this month and when they reset. Change there opens the AI plans on the pricing page.
  • Refunds: only before the AI plan’s first AI edit is used.

AI Edit token packs (one-time purchase)

  • Starter Pack: 200 AI edits — $24
  • Studio Pack: 2,000 AI edits — $199
  • Purchased AI edits last one year from purchase. They’re used after the monthly AI edits of your plan and AI plan, and the purchased edits that expire soonest go first. The AI edit balance, purchased edits included, is shown under AI tokens on the Billing & Usage page, along with how many purchased edits expire next and when: https://pano.cool/account/billing
  • Refunds: a refunded pack’s unused AI edits are taken back.
  • To buy a pack, click Get more AI edits there, then Get Starter Pack or Get Studio Pack under AI edit packs. In PanoCool Retouch, running out of AI edits shows Get more edits (or View plans without a paid plan), which opens the same plans, AI plans and packs. A step that runs short of AI edits, such as AI Auto Connect, opens them too, with how far each one goes for that job.
  • What AI edits are spent on: PanoCool Retouch edits (1, 5 or 8 each, by mode), 3D model generation (80), AI Auto Connect and AI Floor Plan (1 per scene), AI translation of a tour (1 per language per run), and AI-designed QR code cards (3 per design).

Project export (one-time purchase)

  • Project export: $9 + tax, for one project. Buy it in the editor under Share › Export project › Buy export; the download then starts by itself.
  • From the first download you have 30 minutes to download that project again as often as you like, edits included. After that, exporting the project again is a new purchase.
  • Only the project’s owner can buy and download its export. A bought export stays usable if the plan changes later.
  • Super Cool and Business include 10 website exports each calendar month (UTC); downloading the same project again within its 30 minutes counts once. After the 10, they buy exports like Cool. Hobby (free) accounts can’t export or buy exports: they need Cool, Super Cool or Business first.
  • Refunds: an export can be refunded until its first download starts.
  • Windows app: $9 + tax, for one project: the tour as an app for Windows 10 and 11 that opens without the internet. Buy it under Share › Export project › Windows App › Buy Windows App. It’s the same price on every paid plan and is never included: the 10 monthly website exports of Super Cool and Business don’t cover it. Hobby (free) accounts can’t buy it. The same 30 minutes, owner-only and refund rules apply. How to open it: Download a project as a Windows app
  • A Mac app is being built and isn’t available yet. There’s no Linux app either.

Change, downgrade or cancel a plan

  1. Open Billing & Usage in your account at https://pano.cool/account/billing and find Subscription. Change and Cancel there both open the pricing page at https://pano.cool/pricings
  2. Pick the plan:
    • Upgrade moves up: on the Super Cool card from Cool, and on the Business card from Cool or Super Cool. Without a plan, Start Business on the Business card subscribes to it.
    • Downgrade… moves down: on the Cool card from Super Cool or Business, and on the Super Cool card from Business.
    • Downgrade… on the Hobby card goes back to the free Hobby plan; this cancels the paid plan.
  3. Confirm in the dialog that opens. For a change of plan, it shows what you pay today and what the plan renews at before you confirm.
  • Business is billed yearly only, so moving to it from a monthly plan moves you to yearly billing.
  • Leaving Business, by a downgrade or a cancel: your members lose access to the business’s projects, and any “5 more members” packs end. The projects stay yours, and the memberships are kept, so the team comes back if you subscribe to Business again. The dialog says so before you confirm. See When Business ends.
  • AI plans and storage add-ons are subscriptions of their own: changing or cancelling the plan leaves them as they are. Change or cancel them on their own cards on the pricing page; see AI plans and Storage add-ons.

When a paid plan is cancelled:

  • It keeps every feature until the end of the period already paid for. The pricing page shows Active until that date, and Enable auto renew keeps the plan after all.
  • After that date the account is on Hobby and its storage limit drops to 500 MB. Its projects and files aren’t deleted.
  • Its tours are set to Inactive at the end of that period, so visitors can’t open them. Changing a tour’s status needs a paid plan: to set tours back to Active, subscribe again at https://pano.cool/pricings
  • With more than 500 MB in use, uploads stop until the account is under it.
  • For what happens to custom domains, a white-label domain, collaborators and aliases, see Agencies and client work.
  • Cancelling a storage add-on: the extra storage lasts until its end date, then the plan’s own storage limit applies. No files are deleted; with more storage in use than the plan’s, uploads stop until the account is under it.

Late or failed payments

There’s a 7-day grace period when a plan’s renewal payment doesn’t go through on its payment date, for example because the card was declined, has expired or didn’t have enough funds. It’s for plans that renew automatically: a cancelled plan has no renewal payment, so it ends on its Active until date, as described above, unless you click Enable auto renew before then.

During those 7 days:

  • Your projects aren’t removed, and your published tours stay online.
  • The paid plan is paused: its features are locked, and you can’t create new projects. On Business, the team’s members can’t open its projects until it’s paid.
  • Storage is limited to Hobby’s 500 MB. With more than that in use, you can’t upload photos or other files, and changes you make in the editor aren’t saved. Paying brings back the plan’s storage.
  • Billing & Usage shows Payment overdue on the plan, and you can’t change plans until it’s paid. PanoCool also emails you “Payment Issue: Action Required - PanoCool”.

To pay, open Billing & Usage at https://pano.cool/account/billing and click Update payment method (or Update Billing Info in the email), then enter a card that works. Once the payment goes through, the plan is back with all its features.

If it still isn’t paid after 7 days, the plan is cancelled and the account moves to Hobby, as when a plan is cancelled (see above): its tours are set to Inactive straight away. Its projects and files aren’t deleted, but with more than 500 MB in use, uploads stop until the account is under it. For what happens to custom domains, collaborators and aliases, see Agencies and client work. To get the paid features back, subscribe again at https://pano.cool/pricings

A storage add-on whose payment fails works the same way: its extra storage doesn’t count until the payment goes through. An AI plan whose payment fails pauses its AI edits until it’s paid.
