White Label
Put every tour you own on one domain of your own: tours.yourbrand.com/villa-rosa instead of pano.cool/@username/villa-rosa.
- Available on the
Super CoolandEnterpriseplans. White Label is part of these plans, not a separate program or add-on. - One white-label domain per account. It serves every tour you own, with no limit on the number of tours or on views.
- How to: go to Account settings › Custom domain at https://pano.cool/account/settings?tab=domain and find White-label domain. Enter the domain, for example
tours.yourbrand.com, and click Connect domain. Add the DNS record the card shows at your DNS provider (a CNAME record for a subdomain, an A record for a root domain), wait for DNS to update, then click Verify DNS. The card says Active and verified when the domain works. - Tours open on the domain by their project slug (
tours.yourbrand.com/{project-slug}). A tour still on the defaultuntitled-projectslug has no white-label link until you set one in Share › View links › Change project slug. - A slug that matches a PanoCool page, such as
galleryorpricings, has no white-label link. Pick another slug. - Links by project ID (
tours.yourbrand.com/{project-id}ortours.yourbrand.com/p/{project-id}) open the tour on pano.cool instead, so the domain only shows your own tours. - Only tours you own open on your domain. A tour someone shared with you through Manage Access stays under its owner’s links.
- To share the white-label link by default, open Share › View links and star the White label domain link (Make this your default link format). The Share panel, embed code, and QR code then use it.
- The domain’s home page (
tours.yourbrand.com) shows your portfolio page when it is public, and a private notice when it isn’t. Turn it on with Make portfolio public on the White-label domain card; the domain shows the change within a minute. On your portfolio page (pano.cool/@{username}), choose which tours it lists. Listed tours also appear on the PanoCool Cool Feed. - Search engines: while your portfolio is public, the domain has its own sitemap at
tours.yourbrand.com/sitemap.xml, also named in itsrobots.txt. It lists the home page and every tour your portfolio lists that has a white-label link, and it updates by itself within a day or two of a change. You can submit it in Google Search Console. A domain whose portfolio is private has no sitemap. - Nobody signs in on a white-label domain. You, your team, and your clients sign in on pano.cool.
- Removing the domain, or moving to a plan without White Label, disconnects it, and links on the domain stop working.

White Label vs custom domain
Both put tours on a domain you own. White Label puts all your tours on one domain; a custom domain gives one tour a domain of its own.
| White Label | Custom domain | |
|---|---|---|
| What opens there | Every tour you own, at tours.yourbrand.com/{project-slug} |
One tour, at the domain’s root: tour.villarosa.com |
| How many | One per account | One per project: up to 5 on Cool, unlimited on Super Cool |
| Plans | Super Cool, Enterprise |
Cool, Super Cool, Enterprise |
| Where to set it up | Account settings › Custom domain › White-label domain | Editor › Share › Custom Domain |
| The domain’s home page | Your portfolio page, or a private notice | The tour |
| Typical use | Your studio’s or agency’s brand across all your tours | A client’s own domain or subdomain for one tour |
You can use both: all your tours on tours.yourbrand.com, and a client’s main tour also on tour.client.com.
Organizing client tours on one domain
Tour links on a white-label domain have a single path segment: tours.yourbrand.com/{project-slug}. Nested paths such as tours.yourbrand.com/{client-name}/{tour-name} are not supported and show a “not found” page. To organize tours by client:
- Put the client’s name in the slug:
tours.yourbrand.com/acme-lobby,tours.yourbrand.com/acme-rooftop. Set it in Share › View links › Change project slug. Slugs use letters, numbers, and hyphens, and each one is unique in your account. - Give a client’s tour its own custom domain, such as
acme.yourbrand.comortour.acme.com. Each custom domain opens one tour, andSuper Coolhas no limit on them. See https://pano.cool/docs/virtual-tour-studio/custom-domain - Embed tours on pages of your own website, such as
yourbrand.com/clients/acme/lobby, with Share › Embed code. Your website controls those URLs.
What visitors see on a white-label domain
Inside a tour, the branding is yours to set:
- Logo: themes show the PanoCool logo until you change it. Open the Theme tab and click the logo on the tour to replace it with your own, choose where it links, or hide it (
CoolandSuper Cool). See Change or hide the logo. - Colors and fonts: Theme tab.
- Browser tab icon: upload your own favicon in Metatags › Advanced options (
Super Cool). - Title, description, and link-preview image: Metatags tab. Without them, the tour uses its project name and thumbnail. A password-protected tour has no thumbnail to fall back on, so its link preview shows PanoCool’s image until you set one.
- Password screen: show your own logo, or none, in Share › Password Protection › Advanced options (
Super Cool). - Contact details: some themes have a company card that shows PanoCool’s contact details until you enter yours.
- Loading screen: a neutral spinner with no PanoCool name or logo. It can’t be customized.
PanoCool still appears in a few places outside your tours:
- The portfolio page at the domain’s root ends with a “Powered by PanoCool” line, and it uses PanoCool’s favicon and link-preview image.
- A link that matches no tour shows PanoCool’s “not found” page. A private portfolio shows a PanoCool notice.
- Photos and media load from
media.pano.cool, which visitors only see in browser developer tools. - Links by project ID open on pano.cool.
Agencies and client work
Studios and agencies use PanoCool to make tours for their clients. The usual questions:
- Limits: no limit on clients, projects, panoramas, or tour views. One white-label domain per account. Custom domains are unlimited on
Super Cool, one per project. Storage is 250 GB onSuper Cool, with Storage add-ons for more. Up to 10 collaborators per project. - Client tours: keep each client’s tours as projects in your account. With White Label they all open on your domain. Each project has its own theme, logo, colors, fonts, favicon, and meta tags, so each tour can carry its client’s brand.
- Client access: there is no separate client dashboard, and nobody signs in on a white-label domain. Each client signs in on pano.cool with their own PanoCool account (a free account works). Invite them to their tours with Share › Manage Access: Can view for read-only access, Can edit to let them make changes. A client sees only the projects shared with them. Inviting needs
Super Coolon your account. - Your team: each person signs in with their own account. Sharing one account between several people is against the Terms of Use. Invite teammates to projects with Can edit. For high-volume teams, ask about Enterprise.
- Ownership: PanoCool only tracks who owns each project. You and your client decide whether a tour stays in your account or moves to theirs. To hand a tour over, use Share › Manage Access › Transfer (both accounts need
Super Cool). You become an editor once the client accepts. A transferred tour no longer opens on your white-label domain, because your domain only opens tours you own. - Subscription: tours stay online under their owner’s plan. When the owner’s subscription ends, their tours are set to Inactive, and their custom domains, white-label domain, collaborators, and aliases are removed.
- Reselling: PanoCool has no reseller or wholesale program, so PanoCool plans and accounts can’t be resold. Making tours for your clients and charging for that work is your business. To earn from recommending PanoCool, join the affiliate program (10% recurring commission): https://pano.cool/affiliate
- Integrations: embed tours on any website with Share › Embed code. For integration with your own systems, the
Enterpriseplan includes custom integration setup. Contact support@pano.cool.
