When Business ends

When the owner moves to another plan, or Business ends after a cancel or a failed payment:

  • Members lose access to the business’s projects. The projects stay with the owner.
  • Any “5 more members” packs end.
  • The memberships are kept, so the team comes back if the owner subscribes to Business again.
  • Members keep their own accounts and projects. What they create goes to their own account, and their AI work spends their own AI edits.
  • The Trash can’t be opened any more. Projects already in it are deleted for good when their 30 days are up; to get one back before then, email support@pano.cool.
  • The owner’s account follows its new plan, as for any plan change or cancel: see Change, downgrade or cancel a plan.
  • A failed payment: while a Business renewal payment is overdue, members can’t open the team’s projects. Paying brings them back; after 7 days unpaid, Business ends.
