Support 360° video scenes

  • Format: MP4 (equirectangular 2:1 recommended for best results)
  • Upload flow:
    • Before uploading, you can trim the video to keep only the needed segment
    • Video is then uploaded and processed for web playback
    • Scene shows Processing… while transcoding is running
    • Scene becomes playable once processing is complete
  • Scene thumbnail:
    • A thumbnail is auto-generated from the video (best effort)
    • You can replace it manually from Scene Menu → Change thumbnail
  • Scene settings for video:
    • Start time (set where the video should begin)
    • POV (point of view)
    • Autoplay
    • Muted
    • Loop
    • Show controls
    • Volume
    • Reset to default is available in the Video Settings modal
  • 360 video support is available for Super Cool plan
