Private Password Protection

Protect your virtual tours with password access for private client previews or internal corporate use.

  • How to: in the editor, click Share, then Password Protection.
  • Set, change, or remove the password at any time. Visitors must enter it before the tour loads.
  • Password protection requires a paid plan (Cool or Super Cool).
  • Advanced options → Logo on the password page (Super Cool): choose what visitors see while the tour is locked.
    • PanoCool logo (default): shows a “Powered by PanoCool” logo below the password form.
    • Custom logo: shows your own logo above the form and hides the “Powered by” line. Formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, up to 2MB.
    • No logo: shows the password form on its own.
    • Custom logo keeps showing the PanoCool logo until an image has been uploaded.
    • Duplicating a project copies the password page logo into the new project.
  • The project’s custom favicon, when set, also applies to the password screen.
