How to: in the Virtual Tour Studio editor, open Share › Download photo. It is available for 360° photo and 3D Gaussian splat scenes. PanoCool Retouch has no Share menu: there, Export saves the edited photo (see Export).

  • Reframed photo: saves the current view as a photo, with the same choices as Snapshot (size, template, photos, hotspots, share badge, watermark). Download Photo captures the view at the chosen size straight away (a multi-photo template, its photos as they’re set); Preview opens Snapshot to frame it exactly first. Splat scenes have Download Photo only.
  • 360 photo: downloads the scene’s original panorama. Include hotspots draws the hotspots into the 360° image instead, which needs the Cool or Super Cool plan.
  • Include EXIF works as in Snapshot.
