Slideshow
How to: in the editor, open Share › Slideshow, choose what to play, then click Play slideshow. It plays on this screen; there is no link to send.
- Photos: the tour’s 360° photos, flat photos and partial panoramas, in tour order. Choose… lists them with their pictures, to leave some out (Select all and Clear help with long tours). 360° videos and 3D Gaussian splat scenes are left out.
- 360° turn speed: each 360° photo starts where its scene starts in the tour and turns once all the way round, then the next photo fades in. The speed is 4–30 degrees a second (default 12, about 30 seconds a photo).
- Other photos: flat photos and partial panoramas stay still for 1–120 seconds (default 4).
- Repeat: starts again after the last photo. Without it, the slideshow ends with Play again and Close.
- Music: The tour’s background audio (the default when the tour has one; see Background audio), A file from this device (MP3, M4A, WAV or another audio file; it stays on the device and is never uploaded), or No music. The music loops for as long as the slideshow plays.
- While it plays: move the mouse or tap to show the controls; they hide again after a few seconds. Space or K pauses and plays (a paused 360° photo keeps its angle), the arrow keys go to the previous or next photo, F switches full screen, M mutes the music and Esc closes the slideshow. Each photo’s time starts once it has loaded, and a photo that can’t load is skipped after a short notice. Where the browser allows it, the screen stays awake while photos play.
- With reduce motion turned on in the device’s settings, 360° photos stay still like the others, for the Other photos time, and photos change without fading.
- Hotspots, the theme and the tour’s menus don’t appear: the slideshow shows the photos only.
- Choices are remembered: the timing on this device, and the photos left out and the music while the editor stays open.
