Open House theme

A theme for homes for sale or rent, made for tours with a 3D view from AI Auto Connect. Visitors start on the 3D view, which flies into the first room. The listing card is at the top left and Contact agent at the top right, with the floor buttons on the right. At the bottom are Rooms, the Walk, 3D view and Floor plan switch, and Share, fullscreen and ⋯.

  • Getting it: Theme › Browse themes, click Open House, then Use this theme. The guided AI Auto Connect also offers Use the Open House theme at its Apply step when it builds a 3D view.
  • Floor plans and 3D view: it shows the ones made in Street View Arrows by itself, so there is no Floor plan button to add (see AI Floor Plan and 3D view). It shows only what the tour has: without a 3D view it opens in the first room, Floor plan needs a floor plan, and floor buttons need two floors or more. Each appears by itself once the tour has it.
  • Listing: in the editor’s Theme tab, click the listing card on the tour, or Listing in the panel. Its groups are Brand, Sale, Home, About, Agent and Contact buttons. Changes save as you go. The eye next to a field hides it from visitors, but only from view, so don’t keep private details in the listing.
  • Contact agent: shows the Name, Agency, Email and Phone from Listing › Agent (the name and email start as your account’s), with two buttons, Book a viewing and Ask a question. Under Contact buttons, pick what each one opens: Email, Phone call, WhatsApp or Website or form (a Google Form, Calendly or your own booking page). In the Theme tab, clicking Contact agent opens Listing › Agent.
  • Changing its words: the listing has no field for words such as Contact agent, Book a viewing or For sale. On a paid plan, rename them in Toolbar labels, in the Listing group. Phones show Contact instead of Contact agent, so rename both. See Toolbar labels.
  • No map and no buttons of your own: the address shows as text in the listing, and the ⋯ menu holds only VR and sound (plus Share and fullscreen on narrow screens). To show where the home is, add a hotspot that opens a popup with a Google Maps page in it (see Web page in Popup content), or use a theme with a map, such as Basic or Simpli.
