If a tour link stops working
A link that used to open a tour and now shows a “not found” page usually means one of these changed:
- Your username: links like
pano.cool/@{username}/{project-slug}use it, so changing the username ends them. Change it back, or onSuper Cooladd the old username as a user alias. The full steps are under Change your username. - The project slug: changing it in Share › View links › Change project slug changes every link that uses it, and the old slug isn’t kept. Change it back, or on
Super Cooladd the old slug as a project alias. - An alias: removing a user alias or a project alias ends the links that use it.
- The tour’s status: a tour set to Inactive or Maintenance doesn’t open for visitors. Set it back to Active (see Project Status Management).
- The plan: when the owner’s subscription ends, their tours are set to Inactive, and their aliases, custom domains and white-label domain are removed.
Links by project ID (pano.cool/p/{project-id}) don’t use the username, the slug or aliases. Copy one from Share › View links (Project ID URL).
