Callout Presets
Save and reuse Callout hotspot settings (colors, text, display options) as named presets. Circle Portal hotspots use the same preset system. Available for Cool and Super Cool plans only.
- Save a preset: in the Callout editor (Edit Callout panel), click the bookmark icon next to the Save button. Enter a name, choose scope (Global or Project), and optionally set it as the default preset
- Browse and insert presets: saved Callout and Circle Portal presets are also listed in the Library tab under Presets, where inserting one adds a new element already styled with that preset
- Load a preset: use the “Load preset…” dropdown at the top of the Callout editor to apply a saved preset’s settings
- Default preset: mark a preset as default and it will be automatically applied when inserting new Callout hotspots. Project-scoped defaults take priority over global defaults
- Manage presets: click the settings icon next to the preset dropdown to open the Manage Presets modal where you can:
- Filter by scope (All / Global / Project)
- Rename presets inline
- Toggle default status (star icon)
- Change scope
- Delete presets
- Sync: presets are stored locally and synced to the cloud
- Free users: the preset selector and save-as-preset button are hidden; the Callout editor works normally without presets
