What visitors see on a white-label domain

Inside a tour, the branding is yours to set:

  • Logo: themes show the PanoCool logo until you change it. In the Theme tab, replace it with your own logo, choose where it links, or hide it (paid plans).
  • Colors and fonts: Theme tab.
  • Browser tab icon: upload your own favicon in Metatags › Advanced options (Super Cool).
  • Title, description, and link-preview image: Metatags tab. Without them, the tour uses its project name and thumbnail. A password-protected tour has no thumbnail to fall back on, so its link preview shows PanoCool’s image until you set one.
  • Password screen: show your own logo, or none, in Share › Password Protection › Advanced options (Super Cool).
  • Contact details: some themes have a company card that shows PanoCool’s contact details until you enter yours.
  • Loading screen: a neutral spinner with no PanoCool name or logo. It can’t be customized.

PanoCool still appears in a few places outside your tours:

  • The portfolio page at the domain’s root ends with a “Powered by PanoCool” line, and it uses PanoCool’s favicon and link-preview image.
  • A link that matches no tour shows PanoCool’s “not found” page. A private portfolio shows a PanoCool notice.
  • Photos and media load from media.pano.cool, which visitors only see in browser developer tools.
  • Links by project ID open on pano.cool.
